Role Overview

This role is not about “posting daily.”
It’s about building a brand people remember, follow, and buy from.

You’ll own content, strategy, and growth across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars
  • Create high-performing reels, posts, and stories
  • Turn umbrellas into fashion + lifestyle content
  • Work on campaigns like “Make Rain Fashion”
2. Shoot & Creative Direction
  • Plan and execute shoots (street, studio, lifestyle, Gen Z aesthetics)
  • Coordinate with models, photographers, editors
  • Ensure premium and trendy brand look
3. Growth & Engagement
  • Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
  • Reply to DMs, comments, and build community
  • Stay on top of trends and viral formats
4. Influencer & Collaboration
  • Identify and collaborate with micro & macro influencers
  • Execute barter and paid collaborations
  • Build brand presence through creators
5. Performance Tracking
  • Track analytics (reach, saves, shares, conversions)
  • Optimize content based on performance
  • Suggest improvements backed by data
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years experience in social media / content / brand roles
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends
  • Creative thinker with a strong visual sense
  • Knows how to make products look aspirational
  • Basic skills in editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere, etc.)
  • Comfortable being on shoots and sometimes behind/around the camera
Bonus (Not Mandatory but Powerful)
  • Experience with fashion / lifestyle brands
  • Understanding of paid ads
  • Copywriting skills (hooks, captions, storytelling)

Role Overview

You’ll be on the ground—meeting retailers, distributors, and partners. Your job is simple: increase sales, expand reach, and build strong market relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors daily
  • Onboard new dealers and expand distribution network
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at stores
  • Collect market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, demand trends)
  • Coordinate with internal team for stock and supply
  • Maintain daily reporting of visits, orders, and collections
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years experience in field sales (FMCG / apparel / accessories preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Street-smart, target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with daily travel and outdoor work
  • Basic understanding of retail and distribution
  • Own bike preferred (fuel reimbursement can be discussed)
